David-Muir
David Muir (born August 25 1948) is an American anchor, journalist and reporter. He is most well-known for World News Tonight. Through its animated movements and dramatic clips of celeb chatter, his program is now America's top-rated newscast. Made In America is his Emmy award-winning program. He was Diane Sawyer's primary replacement anchor until he was appointed anchor at ABC World News Tonight. He covered a number of evening ABC News specials, including Breaking Point - Heroin in America. He's been all over the world report on the news from Gaza Egypt Iran Somalia Japan Peru Ukraine Haiti & the Gulf of Mexico. He is the recipient of numerous Emmy Awards, Edward R. Murrow Honors and awards from the Associated Press.
